Movielink and EROS International Join Forces to Launch a Compelling Bollywood on Demand Service in the United States
The Service Will Include Popular Bollywood Films Spanning Action, Drama, Comedy and Romance Available for Rental or Purchase

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2006--Movielink, the leading U.S. broadband video-on-demand (VOD) download service, and EROS International, the leading international distributor of Bollywood content, today announced plans to make EROS Bollywood movies available for on-demand delivery over the Internet. The deal marks the first time Bollywood films will be available via digital distribution in the U.S. through Movielink's rental service and download-to-own purchase store. EROS Bollywood titles will go live on Movielink in June 2006.

Movielink customers will soon be able to download popular and cult classic Bollywood films such as the BAFTA nominated "Devdas" and the Oscar nominated classic "Mother India" or the blockbuster "Waqt."

Movielink is available to U.S. Internet users with broadband connections. Consumers can easily browse Movielink's user-friendly site and view trailers of available titles without charge. Once customers are ready to rent or purchase a title, they register with Movielink and pay for their rental or purchase via credit card. Movielink's Movies in Minutes(TM) feature lets customers begin watching titles within 2-10 minutes.
