San Jose, California, USA – February 7, 2007 - Today, Blackmagic Design Europe announced the expansion of its distribution partners within Europe and the Middle East.
In line with the increasing demand and popularity for Blackmagic’s DeckLink, Intensity and Multibridge products across Europe and the Middle East, Blackmagic has appointed new partners to ensure the highest levels of service delivery to its customers. This will enable Blackmagic to provide increased customer support and sales assistance to broadcasters, editors, compositors and videographers within the Russian-speaking markets, British Isles, Eastern Europe, and the Iberian Peninsula, and the Middle East.

Blackmagic Design’s new sales partners will provide local distribution services for the company, and provide increased sales, technical support and local marketing capabilities.

ProVideo Systems will support the Russian-speaking markets.
New Media AV will support the British Isles.
BMD Iberia will support the Iberian Peninsula.
Syntex will support Eastern European markets.
MediaCast will support the Middle Eastern markets.
