WNBC New York City launches Independent Producer Showcase, calls for entries

(New York City) WNBC New York City is launching a new digital channel, DT 4.4, which will include The Independent Producer Showcase (IPS), a show that will be the television equivalent of a film festival. The tone will be fun, involving and informative. The IPS program block is for independent producers and will air exclusively on WNBC's newest digital channel WNBC DT 4.4. and will soon be carried on cable systems throughout the tri-state area. This could be the opportunity you have been looking for to get some great exposure for your original film or television creation.
We know and appreciate the fact that you have put time and money into creating your show, so let us assure you that if you take the time to send us your original production we WILL look at it and consider it for inclusion in the Independent Producer Showcase.
If you have a finished 5 minute or longer produced show. We are seeking submissions in the following categories:

TALK SHOWS

SITCOMS
REALITY
MUSIC VIDEOS
INDEPENDENT FILMS
LATE NIGHT
COMEDY
SPORTS
ANIMATION
Interested in participating? Go to http://www.wnbc.com/ips and print and read the SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you agree to the terms, fill out and sign the SUBMISSION APPLICATION and all applicable release forms. Send a signed copy of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the SUBMISSION APPLICATION along with a copy of your film or show on DVD, Mini DV, DVC Pro or Beta SP to:
