The Woodstock Film Festival officially announced their 2005 line-up of films in New York City's Crobar on Wednesday. Head Programmer Ryan Werner announced some of the highlights this year. There will be 9 World Premieres and 12 U.S. Premieres, 4 East Coast Premieres, and 24 New York Premieres. This year will feature the film "Lonesome Jim," directed by Steve Buscemi and also "Winter Passing," starring Will Ferrell.

Buscemi will receive the festival's Maverick Award for creativity and independent vision. And previously announced, attorney/executive producer John Sloss will receive a Trailblazer award.

Also, there will be a special screening of "The Concert for Bangladesh," the 1972 film of a benefit concert featuring George Harrison, Bob Dylan and Eric Clapton. Acording to festival organizers, this film has not been seen in 30 years.

The night began with an introduction from WDST DJ's the local Woodstock radio station, followed by Meira Blaustein, then festival announcements by Head Programmer Ryan Werner.
